These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MyNumberPulse ("Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By signing up or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MyNumberPulse is a subscription service that delivers personalized numerology briefs via email on a daily basis. Briefs are generated based on your name, date of birth, and classical numerological methods.

MyNumberPulse is provided for informational, entertainment, and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (financial, medical, psychological, or otherwise).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to MyNumberPulse. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription and Billing

• MyNumberPulse is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $7.00/month (Email Brief plan) or $12.00/month (Email + SMS plan, when available).
• Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive briefs until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• To cancel, contact us at hello@mynumberpulse.com or manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal link provided in your receipt email.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use MyNumberPulse only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the daily briefs or any Service content without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or defraud any person
• Submit false or misleading information during signup

6. Intellectual Property

All content produced by MyNumberPulse — including the daily briefs, website copy, design, and numerological frameworks — is owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to receive and read your daily briefs. No other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE NUMEROLOGICAL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE.

Numerology is a system of personal insight and interpretation. Results and accuracy vary by individual. We make no claims of predictive accuracy or guaranteed outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYNUMBERPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. If we discontinue the Service, we will issue prorated refunds for any unused subscription time.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
